This minor dwelling was designed as a low-key addition to an existing home overlooking Cass Bay and Quail Island.

The owners gave a clear and practical brief. We helped refine the siting, form and material decisions so the studio could feel complete and considered without pushing the project beyond its budget.

The result is a compact dwelling that supports flexible use and a strong relationship with the site.
